We pride ourselves in the care that goes into the manufacture of each one of our products. This pride extends to the delivery of your products. Once manufactured and ready to despatch, we aim to get orders to our customers as quickly and safely as possible.
We therefore choose our carriers very carefully, having particular regard for the care they take with our products, their efficiency, speed of delivery, and environmental credentials. Deliveries to most parts of the UK take 1 day, whilst it generally takes a little longer to reach remoter parts of the UK or other countries.
Our shipping charges to the UK and the European Union are calculated automatically, and depend on the value of goods in your order. Charges to other countries worldwide are worked out individually.

Goods from £20.01 to £40.00 - Shipping £7.50
Goods from £40.01 to £80.00 - Shipping £10.00
Goods from £80.01 and upwards - Shipping £15.00

Goods up to £25.00 - Shipping £25.00
Goods from £25.01 to £50.00 - Shipping £50.00
Goods from £50.01 to £100.00 - Shipping £95.00
Goods from £100.01 to £200.00 - Shipping £130.00
Goods from £200.01 and upwards - Shipping £170.00
Deliveries to countries elsewhere in the World, and special requirements
We are pleased to ship to other countries worldwide, but shipping often costs more than to Europe. Depending on the destination and order contents, we may therefore need to make an additional shipping charge, over and above the European costs for shipping shown on our web site.
If you would like your order delivered outside of the European Union, please either:
- Place your order selecting the "Other countries (EU)" shipping option, and we will contact you by email to inform you of any additional charges payable (At this stage, if you decide not to go ahead with the order, we will of course fully refund anything you have paid), or
- Contact us by telephone on +44 (0)1675 442299 or by email (just click here) before placing your order, and we will let you know what additional charges are payable.
If you have any other special requirements for shipping, please contact us and we will endeavour to meet your needs. Sometimes this will result in an additional charge.
To make payment of any additional shipping charges is easy: Simply purchase a number of Delivery Premium Vouchers (we'll tell you how many) by clicking here.
Although, until you have entered the destination country, costs are shown including UK Value Added Tax, as soon as you enter an address outside of the European Union, our system will automatically remove the VAT from the whole order.
