Terms and Conditions Relating to our Trading Procedures
1. Geographical Limitation

2. Warranty Terms
All goods purchased on this site are covered by our 6 month warranty. If any of our products fails within 6 months of purchase due to faulty materials or workmanship, we will replace or repair it (at our choice) free of charge.
3. Order Cancellations and Returns
Please let us know as soon as you can if you wish to cancel or return your order.
For any UK order from a UK consumer for their own use consisting of standard products listed on this web site, we will accept a cancellation, providing the customer notifies us in writing or by email within 7 working days of the goods being delivered to the customer's address. We require the goods to be returned to us in as new condition at the customer's expense, and will provide a full refund.
At our discretion, in exceptional circumstances we may accept the return of goods after this period, and make a refund. Such refunds will not normally cover shipping and will be subject to the deduction of a restocking fee.

4. Shipment and Delivery
We aim to despatch orders on the next working day after they are available to ship, either from our stock or production facility. As we manufacture many products to order, it will often not be possible to despatch an order immediately. We use a variety of shipping services, depending on the order and destination.
Charges for most deliveries are shown automatically on our web site when an order is being made.
5. Product Specifications
Due to our policy of continuous product improvement, we reserve the right to change the specifications of our products without notice.
6. Pricing
We take all reasonable steps to ensure that the prices shown on this web site are correct, but due to our policy of continuous product improvement and also the fact that costs of our raw materials and other inputs change, we reserve the right to change the prices of our products without notice.
7. Substitution
In the unlikely event that a product you order is not available, we will inform you, cancel the order and give you the opportunity to place a fresh order of a substitute product of your choice. We do not make any substitutes automatically.
