Terms and Conditions Relating to our Trading Procedures
1. Geographical Limitation
We do not offer goods for sale and are unable to accept orders placed from or for delivery to the following countries or territories. By placing an order under our terms and conditions, you warrant that you are complying with this condition.

2. Warranty Terms
All goods purchased on this site are covered by our 6 month warranty. If any of our products fails within 6 months of purchase due to faulty materials or workmanship, we will replace or repair it (at our choice) free of charge.
3. Order Cancellations and Returns
Please let us know as soon as you can if you wish to cancel or return your order.
For any order consisting of products listed on this web site, we will accept a cancellation up to the time at which we pack and prepare to despatch the order. In this case we will refund the total sum paid.
For any other order consisting of products listed on this web site, we will accept a return of the goods at the customer’s expense, providing they are unused and in as new condition, for up to 10 days after they have been despatched. Customers who wish to return goods should contact us for details of the address to which they should be returned. In this case, we will refund the costs of the goods, less a 10% restocking/inspection fee, but not the shipping charges.
4. Shipment and Delivery
We aim to despatch orders on the next working day after they are available to ship, either from our stock or production facility. We use a variety of shipping services, depending on the order and destination.
Charges for most deliveries are shown automatically on our web site when an order is being made.
5. Product Specifications
Due to our policy of continuous product improvement, we reserve the right to change the specifications of our products without notice.
