Our Data Processor is Shopify International Ltd, a company registered in Ireland.  They hold data, operate this website and process card payment transactions on our behalf, under a contract with us for services.  For the purpose of doing this they pass certain data to Shopify Inc, who store it securely in Canada or the United States.  Shopify passes details relating to credit and debit cards offered in payment to their card payment subcontactor, Stripe Payment Systems Ireland Ltd.

These transfers of data are carried out in accordance with the GDPR.
