Placing your Order: Impact of Coronavirus

Our carriers have changed their procedures to avoid their drivers getting close to the customers receiving parcels. During ordering there are a couple of things that will make it easier and safer for you and them when they arrive with your order.
When you place an order you will notice a box for 'Order Information'. Please enter into this box the location (your safe place) where you would like the carrier to leave your order. We will ensure the carrier has this information and we'll ask that the order is left in your safe place reducing any contact with the driver.
During ordering, please provide a telephone number (mobile if possible). We never share this information and only use it for providing the carriers with a contact number for delivery updates and if they have difficulty finding an address.
We are still manufacturing our products and despatching them to our customers via our carriers. The suppliers in our supply chain are continuing to support us, and we have built up our stocks of materials. We are not aware of anything specific at present, but realise that there may in time be some delays caused by problems at our suppliers or the carriers.
